ADJUSTABILITY: Highly adjustable with 18 different height settings, this rack can be modified to fit your body size. Just simply slide and set the J-Hooks or any attachment to your desired preference.

WEIGHT PLATE STORAGE: Conveniently store any extra and unused weights on the 1” plate holders which are designed to hold up to 100 lbs. each.

CUSTOMIZABLE: While the indoor squat rack comes with J-hooks, you can attach additional equipment like a dip bar (SF-XFA002), a bar holder attachment (SF-XFA003), a landmine attachment (SF-XFA004), a U-Ring attachment (SF-XFA005), or a lat pulldown attachment (SF-XFA006). Please note, SF-XFA003 and SF-XFA004 need to be purchased together for it to be fully functional.
