General Return Policy

Core Fitness House stands behind the quality of the products we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, subject to the conditions and limits outlined below.

  • All returns require prior authorization from Core Fitness House.
  • Items must be new, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all parts and manuals included.
  • Made-to-order/custom items, clearance/close-out items, and assembled/used heavy equipment are non-returnable.
  • We reserve the right to inspect all returns and apply restocking or other fees as appropriate.

What Can Be Returned?

Most standard products purchased directly from www.corefitnesshouse.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they meet all of the following criteria:

  • The item is new, unused, and unassembled.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all parts, hardware, manuals, and accessories.
  • The item shows no signs of use or installation, including no mounting marks, scuffs, sweat, or cosmetic damage.

Eligible product types generally include:

  • Cardio machines (treadmills, bikes, rowers, etc.)
  • Strength equipment and racks
  • Free weights (dumbbells, plates, kettlebells, etc.)
  • Weight machines (plate-loaded and weight stack)
  • Accessories (bands, mats, plyo boxes, etc.)
  • Recovery tools (massage guns, rollers, etc.)
  • Saunas and cold plunges

Approval of a return is at the discretion of Core Fitness House based on inspection.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and final sale:

  • Made-to-order or custom equipment
    • Including, but not limited to, custom colors, configurations, or branded components.
  • Clearance, close-out, and “final sale” items
    • Clearly identified as such at time of purchase.
  • Assembled or used heavy equipment after installation
    • Including but not limited to racks, weight machines, large cardio machines, saunas, and cold plunges.

These items may still be covered under the product’s warranty for manufacturing defects (see “Returns vs. Warranty Claims” below).


Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

Change-of-Mind Returns (Non-Defective)

If you are returning an item for reasons other than damage, defect, or an error by Core Fitness House (e.g., wrong size, doesn’t fit your space, changed your mind):

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.
    • You may ship with your own insured carrier, or
    • Request a prepaid label or freight arrangement (when available); the cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or there is a confirmed defect.
  • Assembly and installation fees are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 15–20% applies to large/heavy and freight-shipped items, including but not limited to:

  • Strength equipment and racks
  • Weight machines (plate-loaded and weight stack)
  • Large cardio machines (treadmills, rowers, ellipticals, etc.)
  • Saunas and cold plunges
  • Other freight/LTL items

The exact percentage (15–20%) is determined by product type and condition upon inspection and will be disclosed in your Return Authorization.

Smaller items (e.g., bands, mats, many recovery tools) may not incur a restocking fee if returned in perfect, unopened condition, but are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, Core Fitness House will work with you to resolve the issue. Photos and/or videos are required for all damaged/defective claims.

Freight / LTL Shipments (Large Items)

For large items shipped via freight/LTL (racks, weight machines, large cardio equipment, saunas, cold plunges):

  • Inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Note any visible damage (torn packaging, crushed corners, etc.) directly on the delivery paperwork.
  • Take clear photos of the product, packaging, pallet, and shipping label.
  • If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with photos/videos and a description of the issue.

Failure to document and report freight damage promptly may limit or void available remedies.

Parcel Shipments (Smaller Items)

For items shipped by parcel carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.):

  • Inspect your items upon arrival.
  • If damaged or defective, contact hello@corefitnesshouse.com as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days) with:
    • Order number
    • Photos/videos of the damage or defect and packaging
    • Description of the issue

Resolution

Depending on the product and issue:

  • Smaller items:

    • Typically eligible for full return and replacement or refund, with return shipping covered by us when we require the item back.
  • Larger equipment:

    • We will generally repair or replace parts where feasible (e.g., replacement panels, components, or hardware).
    • If repair is not practical, we may arrange a replacement unit.

Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Shipments

Orders that are refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed for reasons not related to shipping damage, a confirmed defect, or a Core Fitness House error will be treated as change-of-mind returns:

  • Refunds will be reduced by:
    • Original outbound shipping costs (including those originally discounted or “free”),
    • Return shipping costs billed by the carrier, and
    • Any applicable restocking fees on large/heavy items.

If you wish to have the order re-shipped after a failed delivery, additional shipping charges will apply.


Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will confirm eligibility and any applicable deductions (restocking, shipping, damage, missing parts, repackaging, etc.).
  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received at our warehouse. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

You will typically have two options:

  1. Refund to Original Payment Method

    • Less any applicable restocking fees,
    • Less non-refundable original shipping, and
    • Less return shipping if arranged by Core Fitness House.
  2. Store Credit (Core Fitness House Credit / Gift Card)

    • In some cases, you may receive more favorable terms (e.g., reduced or waived restocking fees on eligible items) when choosing store credit.
    • Any such terms will be clearly communicated when your Return Authorization is issued.

Returns vs. Warranty Claims

The 30-day return window is designed for change-of-mind returns, early issues, and damage on arrival.

If a problem arises after 30 days from delivery, it is generally considered a warranty issue, not a return.

  • Many products include warranties on frames, components, and/or electronics.
  • Warranty remedies typically focus on the repair or replacement of defective parts or units, not refunds.

If you experience a performance or quality issue after 30 days:

  • We will help determine whether it is a warranty claim and either:
    • Support you directly under our warranty coverage where applicable, or
    • Coordinate with the manufacturer or direct you to their warranty support.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return within 30 days of delivery:

    • Your name,
    • Order number,
    • The item(s) you wish to return, and
    • Reason for the return (change-of-mind, damaged on arrival, defective, wrong item shipped, etc.).
    • Photos/videos for any damaged/defective items (required), and recommended for all returns.
  2. We will respond with:

    • A Return Authorization (RA) number,
    • The correct return address and instructions, and
    • Any applicable restocking fee and, if we are arranging shipping, the estimated cost to be deducted from your refund.
  3. Repack the item securely in its original packaging and ship according to instructions.

  4. Keep tracking information and, if self-shipping, consider full insurance for the value of the item.

Returns received without a valid RA or in non-qualifying condition may be refused or subject to additional fees.
