Shipping at Core Fitness House: Quick Guide

We're excited to get your fitness gear to you! Here’s a quick overview of how we ship:

Where We Ship

  • We ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. territories.

How We Ship

  • Small & Mid-Sized Items: Ship via standard parcel carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx). These are doorstep deliveries.
  • Large & Heavy Items (over 150 lbs.): Ship via freight (LTL) carriers.
    • Curbside Delivery: This is standard. The driver delivers to the curb or end of your driveway.
    • Customer Presence & Signature: You must be home to accept and sign for freight deliveries. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window.
    • Liftgate Service: Available for heavy items to get them to ground level.
    • Professional Assembly: Can be arranged for an additional fee.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • In-Stock Items: Processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday).
  • Delivery Estimates (after shipment):
    • Parcel: 3–7 business days
    • Freight: 7–14 business days
  • Pre-Orders/Backorders: We’ll contact you with estimated timeframes.

Important Notes

  • Inspect Freight Deliveries: For large items, carefully inspect the packaging for damage before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage on the receipt.
  • Damaged Items: Report any damage to us within 48–72 hours of delivery with photos.
  • "Delivered" but Not Received: Check around your property and with neighbors. We can help open a carrier claim, but replacements are not guaranteed if tracking shows successful delivery.
  • Refused Deliveries: If you refuse a non-damaged shipment, you may be responsible for return shipping and restocking fees.
