In general, elastic resistance bands engage muscles that focus on stabilization. These support muscles compliments larger muscle groups, so resistance band workouts are more comprehensive and targeted strength workouts.

NATURAL LATEX: These resistance bands are made from natural latex which means they're stronger, more durable, and more elastic than rubber, TPE, and most other materials used on resistance bands.
