The powder-coating, durability, and utility are designed seamlessly into the Powerzone squat rack workout bench to fully support weight and powerlifting workouts. With the Sunny Health & Fitness squat power rack, you get a fully loaded power tower with features such as raised height pull-up bar with 8 settings, 6 exercise band attachment points, durable J hooks, and spotter's arms, as well as more than 18 adjustment points, to fit people of all sizes.
