The Runner Elite's proprietary belt system includes a primary transmission wheel, a secondary transmission wheel, and a magnetic resistance assembly. This mechanism allows users to tailor their workouts for different exercise intensity. Monitor and track your calories, distance, and interval times from an independent battery-powered LCD display that lets you track your progress. We have added Bluetooth connectivity so you can use a few different running apps so you can log and store your results from your workout.
