45LB Black Zinc Barbell is machined and assembled to surpass your expectations. The 45lb Power Bar measures at 28MM in circumference, features a 205,000 PSI steel shaft, single grip knurl marks, and center knurling. The deep knurl pattern is designed to be coarse without being too abrasive or sharp, and featuring a 29MM shaft diameter for added strength resulting in minimal flex or bar whip. This is a perfect tool for a bench, squat, and deadlift at any level.
Weighted at 45lb includes a snap ring design, 16.25" of loadable sleeve surface, and completed with bronzed bushings
