These plates carry the York Barbell legacy as well as a dedication to being milled and having a tolerance within +/-2% of the indicated weight. The Legacy plate offers a milled backing and edge providing these plates a smooth back and side. Load your bar with confidence knowing that your plates are a piece of weightlifting history.
The York Barbell 7’ Elite Power Bar featured in the 160 kg set is made from high-quality North American steel. This bar has a 1500lb weight limit, 29mm bar diameter, and 16” loadable sleeves. It is a rigid bar that is excellent for performing static, highly controlled, slow movements such as the squat, chest press, and deadlift.
