Core Fitness House provides premium fitness equipment for home and professional use. Our range includes:

We focus on delivering durable, high-quality gear for a seamless workout experience.
Where do you ship, and what are the shipping times?
We ship exclusively to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Order Processing & Shipping:
- Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Shipping: Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after processing.
- Business Days: Monday–Saturday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Estimated Transit Times (after shipment):
- Standard Ground (small/mid-sized items): 3–7 business days.
- Freight/LTL (large/heavy items): 7–14 business days.

How are large or heavy items shipped?
Large items (e.g., power racks, saunas, heavy cardio equipment) ship via freight/LTL carriers.
- Curbside Delivery: Standard service is curbside; drivers are not required to bring items inside.
- Liftgate Service: Available for lowering heavy items to ground level; may incur an additional charge.
- Customer Presence & Signature: Required for LTL shipments (typically over 150 lbs). Carriers will usually call to schedule a delivery window.

Do you offer installation or assembly services?
Professional assembly or installation may be available on a case-by-case basis, depending on your location and the product.
- If interested, please contact us before or shortly after placing your order with your address and desired products. We will confirm availability and pricing.
- Assembly is a separate service and may occur on a different day than delivery.
What is your return and refund policy?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided they meet our conditions:
- Requirements: Items must be new, unused, unassembled, in original packaging with all parts, and show no signs of use or damage.
- Non-Returnable: Made-to-order/custom items, clearance/final sale items, and assembled/used heavy equipment are non-returnable.
Return Shipping & Restocking:
- For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Restocking fees (15–20%) may apply to large/heavy freight items.
Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method (less any applicable fees) or as store credit.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Photos/videos are required for all damage/defect claims.

- Inspect before signing: Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and take photos.
- Concealed Damage: Report within 48–72 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

Who pays for return shipping?
- Customer Responsibility: For change-of-mind returns (e.g., wrong size, preference change), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Core Fitness House Responsibility: For defective, damaged (properly documented), or incorrect items shipped, we typically cover shipping costs for returns or replacements.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
- Standard Ground: Click the tracking link for carrier updates.
- Freight/LTL: You'll receive a tracking/PRO number, and the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. Contact us if you don't receive tracking details within a reasonable timeframe.
Can I change or cancel my order?
- Before Shipment: Contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address or cancel the order before it ships. Address changes may not always be possible or may incur fees.
- After Shipment/Refused Delivery: If an order is canceled after shipping or delivery is refused (for reasons other than documented damage/defect), it will be treated as a customer-initiated return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
